Jamal Al-Hadidi is the Founder and Managing Partner of Jamal Hadidi & Co. Attorneys & Legal Consultants. He advises businesses, investors, entrepreneurs, family offices, family-owned enterprises and boards on corporate, commercial, investment and cross-border matters in Jordan and across the region.
His practice is centred on corporate and commercial law, with particular experience in corporate structuring and governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investment, commercial agreements and strategic transactions. He regularly advises regional and international businesses on establishing and operating in Jordan, structuring investments and commercial relationships, navigating regulatory requirements and managing transactions across jurisdictions.
A significant part of Jamal's practice involves complex negotiations and commercially sensitive situations. Working closely with boards, shareholders and senior management, he combines legal analysis with an understanding of the commercial considerations underlying a matter to identify risk, develop practical solutions and negotiate workable outcomes.
He has particular experience advising businesses operating at the intersection of law, technology and regulation, including technology and digital businesses, fintech, data protection and cybersecurity, transportation and mobility, franchising, and hospitality and food and beverage.
Jamal also advises family offices and family-owned businesses on investment structures, governance, shareholder arrangements and succession, including the legal and commercial considerations that arise as businesses grow, attract investment or transition between generations.
Jamal founded the practice in Amman in 2013 and has since advised Jordanian, Gulf, regional and international businesses and investors.
